Johor Bahru, August 15, 2025 – R&F Group Malaysia, in collaboration with Causeway Link, has officially launched the R&F Shuttle Bus Service, a free community-focused transport initiative connecting R&F Mall with JB Sentral/CIQ Customs Area. This service is designed to provide residents, commuters, and visitors with a more convenient, reliable, and sustainable way to travel within Johor Bahru.

The launch was officiated by Mr. Li Mingliang, Chairman of R&F Group Malaysia, while Ms. Lim Chern Fang, Chief Marketing Officer of HI Mobility  (representing Causeway Link), highlighted the significance of this initiative in enhancing cross-border connectivity.

“This free shuttle service is a tremendous convenience for everyone — especially for those heading to JB Sentral to connect to the CIQ and continue their journey to Singapore,” said Ms. Lim. “By providing this service, we are strengthening the connection between one of Johor Bahru’s most iconic shopping destinations and the city’s main transport hub. This is a step forward in creating a more accessible, connected, and vibrant Johor Bahru.”, she also added.

• Frequency: Every 40 minutes
• Trips per Day: 23
• Operating Hours:
  • R&F Mall → JB Sentral: First trip 4:30 AM, Last trip 10:30 PM
  • JB Sentral → R&F Mall: First trip 4:50 AM, Last trip 11:00 PM
• Pick-Up & Drop-Off Points:
  • R&F Mall: Bus Bay Area (beside D’Shanghai Restaurant)
  • JB Sentral: JB Sentral Bus Terminal

The free shuttle service is open to all passengers, including commuters, students, foreign workers, tourists, and residents living around the R&F area. Operated by Causeway Link, one of the region’s leading bus providers, the shuttle offers a safe, air-conditioned, and comfortable ride, ensuring a hassle-free journey.

The initiative is also expected to help alleviate traffic congestion around CIQ and R&F Mall while promoting the use of public transportation as a sustainable travel solution.
