HI Mobility Berhad was established in Malaysia on 12 June 2024 as a private limited company under the name HI Mobility Sdn Bhd. It was later converted into a public limited company on 24 October 2024, adopting its current name.

Functioning as an investment holding company, HI Mobility Berhad oversees Handal Indah Sdn Bhd its wholly-owned subsidiary, acquired in July 2024.
