- 28th March 2023: Launching of myBAS50, myBASKonsesi and electric buses in Johor.
- 18th October 2023: Causeway Link runs the first cross-border electric bus via the Second link.
- 12th Dec 2023: Forest City Park & Ride Launching supported by Causeway Link FC1 bus services.
2022
- 27th February 2022: Handal Indah support the launching of myBAS in Johor Bahru. This connectivity is an initiative under the Federal Government via the Stage Bus Service Transformation (SBST) programme.
- 1st May 2022: Causeway Link transitioned its VTL operation to normal Cross-border bus service for First Link as per SOPs between Malaysia and Singapore authorities.
- 1st August 2022: Causeway Link CW2 runs 24 hours to support the growing demand from cross-border commuters
- 2nd August 2022: Visa Partners with Handal Indah to Transform Payment Experience on Public Buses. Visa card payment is additional payment option for Causeway Link buses.
- 7th November 2022: Handal Indah Enters into MoU Signing with PETRONAS and Gentari Green Mobility for a Sustainable and Electric Mobility Space in Malaysia.
2021
- 1st April 2021: Causeway Link offer daily cross-border shuttle bus service during the transition of re-opening the Johor Bahru and Singapore border after it has been closed for almost 2 years.
- 14th August 2021: Causeway Link team has been appointed by Shiya Sdn Bhd to assist a total of their 1600 employees from various locations in Johor to CIDB Negeri Johor to receive their first dose of Covid19 vaccine.
- 20th August 2021: Handal Indah presented its first vaccination bus in Johor.
- 30th November 2021: Causeway Link is the first land transportation in Malaysia to perform Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL) scheme between Malaysia and Singapore causeway.
2020
- 1st January 2020: Causeway Link JDX new bus service has been opened to the public to cater passengers between Desaru Coast Riverside and JB Sentra Bus terminal.
- 15th June 2020: A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between Hino Motors Sales (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd and Handal Indah Sdn. Bhd. to start a trial run of a low-floor mini-bus in Johor Bahru from 15th June to July 12, 2020 that will cater to Route 10B which travels along the JB City route which includes Pelangi, Sentosa, Pandan, Taman Daya and Taman Setia Indah.
- 20th July 2020: Handal Indah Sdn. Bhd. has been awarded with 5 years term contract for the supply and operation of Shuttle Bus Services for Pengerang from Petronas Refinery and Petrochemical Corporation Sdn Bhd.
2019
- 20th May 2019: Causeway Link MV2 bus service was opened to the public to cater passengers between JB Sentral and The Mall Mid Valley Southkey.
- 28th June, 2019: Effective June 2019, customers will be able use their NETS Cash Card as additional payment option to our counters in Malaysia with Credit and/ or Debit cards.
- 15th July 2019: Cross-border passengers are able to enjoy unlimited free WiFi service on every Causeway Link CW5, CW6 & CW7 buses. With this new feature, passengers are now able to surf the net, play mobile games or even stream on live videos without worrying about running out of mobile data.
- 18th July 2019: Causeway Link Express shuttle service between Desaru Coast and Senai International Airport has been extended its route to Mall of Medini where Legoland Malaysia Resort is located.
- 23rd August 2019: Credit Card Payment is now available on selected Causeway Link MV2, JPO1 and S1 Buses. A physical bus ticket will be issued to passengers once the payment has been made.
- 1st November 2019: Causeway Link PM1 was opened to connect passengers between JB Sentral and Paradigm Mall. The new launched bus service operates 12 trips daily with 1-hour interval time starting from 10:00 AM from JB Sentral or 10:40 from Paradigm Mall.

- Providing transpotation assistance to the Rapid Project with total of 100 buses.
- Hybrid Bus trial run within Medini City.

- Awarded with Top 100 Singapore Elite Enterprise 2015-2016 Award.
- Awarded with the Best Customer Services and Complaint Management by APAD.
- Awarded with SME 100 Award Fast Moving Companies 2016.
- LUGO App was introduced as a mobile travel guide.
2015
- Awarded with the prestigious Vanguard Award Winner of the Year 2015 by Asia Enterprise BRAND Awards (AEBA).
- Awarded with the Best Stage Bus Operator by SPAD for the Year.
2014
- New Iconic bus counters in KSL City Mall and Gelang Patah Sentral.
- Achieved BizSAFE certification in Singapore.
- We secured a contract from Majlis Bandaraya Johor Bahru to deploy 6 buses and operate free bus service known as ‘Bas Bandaraya’ in Johor Bahru.
2013
- Awarded with Singapore’s Outstanding Enterprise 2013.
- We commenced the operation of intracity Bus Services within Johor Bahru under the ISBSF initiatives.
2012
- Handal Indah Sdn. Bhd. assumed management of TUTA Taxi and Bus Terminal assigned by Majlis Bandaraya Iskandar Puteri.
2011
- ManjaLink Card was introduced, a contactless smart card that stores travel credits for payments on cross-border Causeway Link Buses.
2010
- Developed Central Control System for town bus operation.
2009
- CCTV system was installed in the buses.
- Began Social Route Service in Johor with IRDA, Iskandar Malaysia Bus.

- Launched city bus operations in Johor Bahru.

- Launched City Tram Bus Services in Johor Bahru.
- Launched City Tram Shuttle Bus In Batu Pahat, Kuala Lumpur And Klang.
- The first Bust transport Company to introduce GPS fleet control operating system.
2003
- Handal Indah Sdn. Bhd. started the cross-border ‘Causeway Link’ service with 8 buses between JB-SG.
- We have set up branch office in Singapore.
