Johor Bahru, 16 December 2025:  Handal Indah Sdn. Bhd. conducted a dedicated campus engagement and Kad Konsesi registration drive at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) Skudai, aimed to promote public transportation adoption and provide cost-saving options for university students and the wider campus community.

Coinciding with the Industrial Exhibition organized by the Human Resources Student Association, Handal Indah leveraged the platform to interact with thousands of attendees and showcase the benefits of its transport programs. The event was held from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, focused on learning, networking, and career opportunities, attracting a strong turnout of students and campus visitors.

Students and visitors were informed about the Kad Konsesi, which offers reduced fares for four key groups:

• Senior Citizens (60 years and above)
• Persons with Disabilities (OKU)
• School Students (aged 7–17)
• University Students

 

For Malaysian citizens aged 18–59 who do not qualify for Kad Konsesi, Handal Indah also promoted the Kad 30 Hari, offering unlimited travel for 30 days at RM30, delivering up to 80% cost savings for frequent commuters.

Through this initiative, Handal Indah continues the Ministry of Transport’s mission to foster a culture of public transportation usage, while working to enhance bus services in terms of sustainability, reliability, and overall ridership.
