Handal Indah Launches First-Ever Influencer Marketing Campaign to Promote BAS.MY Melaka

Melaka, Malaysia: July 15-17, 2025: Handal Indah has officially launched its first-ever influencer marketing campaign in conjunction with the BAS.MY Melaka project, marking a milestone in its efforts to boost online visibility and community engagement.

The initiative aims to promote the convenience, accessibility, and benefits of BAS.MY Melaka to a wider audience across the state.

To achieve this, Handal Indah collaborated with a diverse group of Melaka-based influencers representing various language communities such as Malay, English, Chinese, and Tamil. This is to ensure that the message resonates with people from all walks of life.

Leveraging platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, these influencers are helping to spread key information about the BAS.MY Melaka service.

A central highlight of the campaign is the Kad Konsesi, which offers unlimited free rides to eligible passengers, including senior citizens, students below 17 years old, and university students with valid SISWA Card. The card can be obtained by registering with a Malaysian IC via the LUGO APP, or purchased as a physical card for a one-time fee of RM10.

The influencers also introduced followers to the LUGO App, which allows passengers to view real-time bus tracking information, making it easier to plan their journeys and enjoy a more reliable commuting experience.

To ensure accurate and impactful communication, the Handal Indah marketing team worked closely with each influencer, providing structured talking points and guidance throughout the campaign. This collaborative approach guarantees that the campaign’s core messages remain consistent while still allowing each influencer to connect authentically with their audience.
