Handal Indah Commenced its Roadshow Tour at Tampin for BAS.MY Melaka

Melaka, 16 March 2026 – Handal Indah has initiated a BAS.MY Melaka roadshow tour in the Tampin area as part of its continuous effort to create awareness and provide greater exposure to the community on the benefits of public transportation.

The tour commenced at Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Sultan Mansor Shah, Pulau Sebang, Melaka, where the programme was held at the school hall from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM. The session aimed to introduce BAS.MY Melaka services, operated by Handal Indah, to students and the school community while encouraging the adoption of public transport as a practical and sustainable mode of daily commuting.

Various engagement activities were conducted throughout the programme, including flyering, briefing sessions, and interactive question-and-answer sessions. These initiatives were well received, with many students expressing strong interest in utilising BAS.MY Melaka services.

In addition to the awareness session, Handal Indah also set up registration counters for the Kad Konsesi and Kad 30 Hari, allowing participants to conveniently register on-site. A dedicated booth was also made available to guide users on available routes and to demonstrate how to plan their journeys effectively using the LUGO application.

Handal Indah would like to extend its appreciation to Former State EXCO Member, G. Saminathan, for his support in making this roadshow possible. This initiative reflects Handal Indah’s ongoing commitment to supporting the Government’s agenda in promoting a more efficient, accessible, and sustainable public transportation system for the community.

Handal Indah will continue to expand its roadshow tour across the Tampin area and plans to organise more registration initiatives in the future to further improve accessibility and encourage the use of BAS.MY Melaka services.
