To further encourage participation, BAS.MY Johor Bahru carried out simple engagement activities on social media. Visitors who followed and liked the official social media platforms or, shared their experience stood a chance to receive some exclusive merchandise, such as bus replica models and ManjaLink USB drives. Complementing this, the Causeway Link Express team at the same booth enhanced engagement by conducting short visitor surveys in exchange for complimentary tokens of appreciation. This initiative helped gather valuable user insights on user origins.
