Casual Meeting at T-Sentral With Tenants

A casual meeting for Tenants at the T-Sentral was spearheaded by Mr Goh Lak Jin, General Manager of Ancillary Business Divisions, to discuss about the rules and regulation and any issues to be raised by the Tenants at the T-Sentral Terminal in Taman Ungku Tun Aminah, Johor Bahru, Johor. The said meeting was held at the Causeway Link Holidays Office at T-Sentral on the 30th January 2018. The meeting highlighted various topics about bus permits, touting problems, ticketing counter rules in printing bus tickets, car park system, security and cleanliness within the Terminal including the maintenance of air-con, electricity and water resources. Mr Goh also took the opportunity to listen and document all the suggestions and comments from the tenants to improve our services in managing T-Sentral Terminal. The said meeting was attended by 25 tenants including personnel from Ancillary Business Division and Property Management Team. The meeting was held in a cordial mood. Oranges and red “Ang Pow” packets were also distributed to the Tenants and Mr Goh gave his best wishes to all the Tenants for the Lunar New Year.
