Term and condition

1. This promotion is valid for a return ticket at SGD1 and is limited to the first 30 confirmed
   passengers per day, on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. To qualify, customers must purchase a full-fare one-way ticket at the prevailing rate at the
   point of booking. The SGD1 return ticket must be booked together in the same transaction.
3. All bookings are strictly non-refundable, non-cancellable, non-transferable, and non
   exchangeable once confirmed.
4. Any request for rescheduling must be made at least 7 days prior to the original travel date,
   subject to seat availability and payment of the applicable rescheduling fee and fare
   difference (if any).
5. Failure to travel on the confirmed departure date will be treated as a no-show, and the ticket
   will be automatically forfeited without refund.
6. Tickets will be automatically forfeited upon expiry. No extension, credit, or replacement will be
   provided.
7. This promotion is not valid for travel on:
   o Public holidays in Singapore and Malaysia
   o School holidays
   o Peak seasons
   o Special event periods
   (As determined solely by the Company.)
8. The promotion is strictly for individual bookings only. Group bookings, block bookings, or
   bookings made for resale purposes are not eligible.
9. The Company reserves the right to:
   o Limit ticket allocation per customer
   o Reject bookings suspected of abuse or misuse
   o Amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion without prior notice.
10. In the event of service disruption due to circumstances beyond the Company’s control
    (including but not limited to traffic conditions, border congestion, weather, force majeure
    events, or regulatory restrictions), the Company shall not be liable for any indirect losses, and
    no refund shall be provided unless otherwise determined at the Company’s discretion.

• The same route
  Splitting of travel dates, routes, or departures is not permitted.

   promotional offers.

11. The Company shall not be responsible for delays or disruptions arising from circumstances
    beyond its control, including but not limited to traffic congestion, border clearance delays,
    weather conditions, or force majeure events.

1. Registration
   Members must provide accurate and complete details (Full Name as per NRIC/Passport,
   NRIC/Passport No., Contact No., and Email). The Company reserves the right to reject or
   cancel any application with false or incomplete information. Membership is strictly for
   individual use only.
2. Validity & Fees
   Membership is valid for one (1) year from the date of successful registration and payment.
   Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. No extension will be granted for unused
   benefits after expiry.
3. Non-Transferability
   Membership benefits are strictly non-transferable. Identification may be required before
   boarding. Any misuse, sharing, or resale will result in termination without refund.
4. Booking Policy
   All bookings must be made via the official online platform using the registered membership
   account. Free ride redemptions are subject to seat availability.
5. Cancellation & No-Show
   Free tickets are strictly non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-reschedulable once
   confirmed. No-show will result in automatic forfeiture. Discounted paid tickets are subject to
   standard ticketing terms.
6. Blackout Periods
   Benefits may not be valid during public holidays (Singapore & Malaysia), school holidays,
   festive seasons, or peak travel periods as determined by the Company.
7. Duplicate & Abuse Policy
   Multiple memberships or bookings under the same individual for promotional abuse may be
   terminated without refund.
8. Liability & Amendments
   The Company shall not be liable for delays or disruptions due to circumstances beyond its
   control. The Company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the programme at
   its discretion. All decisions are final.

   Valid within 1 year and subject to availability and blackout dates:
