All customers who purchase or reload a ManjaSIM during the campaign period (2nd October 2025 – 31st October 2026) are automatically eligible..

2. Do I need to fill out a registration form?
No. Your entry is automatically recorded when you purchase or reload (RM18) your ManjaSIM.

3. Can I enter multiple times?
Yes. Each purchase or reload counts as one entry. The more you reload, the higher your chances of winning.

4. How are winners selected?
Winners will be selected randomly using a transparent digital system (such as wheelofnames.com). Each month, 10 different winners will be chosen.

5. How will I know if I have won?
Winners will be announced on Causeway Link and official social media page on the 12th of each month.

6. Can I win more than once?
Yes. If you reload every month, you will be entered into each draw and may win multiple times during the campaign.

7. What happens if I don’t claim my prize?
Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited. Details on how to claim your prize will be provided in the winner announcement.

8. Can I exchange my prize for cash or transfer it to someone else?
No. All prizes are strictly non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted with other rewards.
