LUCKY DRAW CAMPAIGN FAQ

1. Who is eligible to join the Lucky Draw?
All customers who purchase or reload ManjaSIM (RM18) during the campaign period (2 October 2025 – 31 October 2026) are automatically eligible.

2. Do I need to fill in any registration form?
No registration is required. Entries are automatically recorded once a purchase or reload is completed.

3. Can I participate more than once?
Yes! Each purchase or reload equals one (1) entry. The more you reload, the higher your chances of winning.

4. How are winners selected?
Winners are selected digitally and at random using an automated selection system. 10 winners will be chosen every month.

5. How will I know if I am a winner?
Winners will be officially announced via Causeway Link’s social media pages on the 12th of every month. Additional contact may be made via registered communication channels.

6. Can I win multiple times?
Yes, you may win multiple times throughout the campaign as long as you participate with new purchases or reloads.

7. What if I do not claim my prize?
Winners must claim their prizes within 14 working days from the announcement date. If unclaimed, the prize will be forfeited and reallocated to another participant.

8. Can prizes be exchanged for cash or transferred?
No. All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be substituted.

9. When does the Lucky Draw campaign end?
The Lucky Draw Campaign runs from 2 October 2025 to 31 October 2026.

10. How does the 10,000 Giveaway Voucher Reward work?
Customers who purchase ManjaSIM will receive a voucher reward in the XOX App, which can be redeemed to enjoy a FREE second month of usage.
Limited to the first 10,000 redemptions only (2 October – 2 December 2025).

11. Where can I get instructions to redeem the voucher or activate my SIM?
