Causeway Link Express Get Double Loyalty Points Term & Conditions:

Customers are required to purchase their express bus tickets exclusively through the Causeway Link website. The eligible period for purchases is between 7th August 2023 until 7th September 2023 on the following routes:

  • Larkin Sentral – Klang /Shah Alam
  • Klang /Shah Alam- Larkin Sentral
  • Larkin Sentral – Kuala Lumpur
  • Kuala Lumpur- Larkin Sentral
  • Larkin Sentral – Mersing Terminal/Jetty
  • Mersing Terminal/Jetty – Larkin Sentral

 

  1. With every two-way (2) bus ticket purchased in a single transaction, customers will receive double loyalty points.
  2. The loyalty points earned will have a validity of one year from the date of the traveling date on any of our express bus tickets. After one year, the loyalty points will expire and cannot be redeemed or utilized for any future purchases.
  3. These loyalty points can only be utilized for redemption on the Causeway Link website, applicable for any routes available on the platform.
  4. All transaction from our counters, agents and any third party will not be included into this loyalty points. Therefore, customers are highly advised to make their transactions via our booking website to enjoy our loyalty.
  5. Each RM1 spent will earn the customer 1 point in the loyalty program.
  6. Each loyalty point can only be redeemed for a reward or benefit once, and cannot be used for multiple redemptions. Once a loyalty point has been utilized, it cannot be used again for any future transactions.
  7. Loyalty points are non-transferable and cannot be transferred or shared between different accounts or individuals.
  8. Loyalty points will be credited to the customer’s account within 1-7 days after the traveling date mentioned on their express bus ticket.
  9. The loyalty points earned are non-convertible to cash and hold no monetary value. Additionally, we cannot replace or reinstate loyalty points in the event of a lost or forgotten login account ID or any other circumstances. It is the responsibility of customers to keep track of their loyalty points and ensure the security of their account credentials.
  10. Purchases made before or after the offer period are ineligible for this campaign.
  11. Customers can redeem their loyalty points exclusively through our online booking website. (https://express.causewaylink.com.my)
  12. Once customers have accumulated enough loyalty points through their previous purchases, they can redeem their rewards on their next purchase. During the checkout process on the Causeway Link Express booking website, customers will have the option to apply their earned loyalty points to receive discounts their upcoming bus ticket purchase.
  13. Customers must adhere to the terms and conditions set by Causeway Link (https://www.causewaylink.com.my/others-information/loyalty-program/)
  14. The minimum amount is 200 Loyalty Points which is eligible for discount of RM10 for next purchase. (https://www.causewaylink.com.my/others-information/loyalty-program/)
  15. Rescheduling bus tickets does not entitle customers to receive any loyalty points.
