ManjaSIM Lucky Draw – Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

This campaign is open to all customers who purchase or reload ManjaSIM during the campaign period. Each successful purchase or reload earns one automatic entry into the lucky draw.

2. Campaign Timeline

• Lucky Draw Entry Period: 2 October 2025 – 31 October 2026.
• Monthly winners will be selected, with 10 winners announced each month.

3. Lucky Draw Mechanism

• Each ManjaSIM purchase or reload earns one (1) automatic lucky draw entry.
• A total of 10 winners will be selected each month.
• Winners will be announced on the 12th of each month via Causeway Link’s official social media platforms.

4. Prizes

• 1x Pair of LEGOLAND® Malaysia Tickets
• 1x Pair of Causeway Link Express Premium Bus Tickets
• 2x Pairs of Causeway Link Classic Express Bus Tickets
• 4x Sets of 2-Day Unlimited Causeway Link Bus Rides

Note: Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives. The organizer reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without prior notice.

5. General Conditions

• All winner announcements made by the organizer are final and binding. No disputes or appeals will be entertained.
• By participating, customers agree to allow the organizer to use their name and/or image for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
• The organizer reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice.
• The organizer shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during participation or prize redemption.

ManjaSIM 10,000 Giveaway – Terms and Condition

1. Eligibility

This campaign is open to all customers who purchase or reload ManjaSIM during the campaign period.

2. Campaign Timeline

• Voucher Reward Giveaway Period: 2 October 2025 – 2 December 2025, or until all 10,000 voucher rewards are fully redeemed.

3. Voucher Reward Redemption

• Customers who make a successful ManjaSIM purchase will receive a voucher reward (RM 18 Value) via the XOX app.
• The voucher must be redeemed within the XOX app to enjoy the FREE (RM 18 Value) second month of usage.
• Vouchers are limited to the first 10,000 redemptions only, based on a first-come, first-served basis.
