• Official check-in time is 14:00 and Check out time is 12:00.
  Surcharge might apply in case of late check-out.
• Early check-in and late check-out are based on request basis subject to availability and a surcharge of 50% of the room rate may be imposed.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS (SUNWAY LAGOON MALAYSIA THEME PARK):

• Sunway Lagoon Malaysia Theme Park admission are applicable for All Park access EXCEPT Bungy Jump, G-Force X & Go-Kart, Paddle Boat, Shooting Carnival and Fun Fair.
• You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher for the redemption of this attraction park.
• This voucher is valid on the specified visiting date only.
• For Malaysians, please present your MyKad during the redemption of your admission wristband.
• For Foreigner (Non-Malaysian), please present a proof of identity during the redemption of your admission wristband.
• Sunway Lagoon Malaysia Theme Park Opening Hours:

• Sunway Lagoon Night Park Opening Hours:
  
  • Monday to Sunday : 6.00pm – 11.00pm
• Sunway Lagoon Theme Park and Night Park closed on every Tuesday, except on Malaysia School Holidays & Public Holidays
• Causeway Link Holidays Sdn Bhd follows the rules and regulations of Sunway Lagoon Malaysia.

CANCELLATION / NO SHOW

• Cancellation/Amendment made more than 4 weeks before scheduled arrival date will be charged 50% based on the package rate.
• No amendment/No Refund allowed 4 weeks or less.
• No show is considered used and no rebooking nor refund allowed.

• Sign up at Causeway Link Holidays website and WhatsApp are available.
• All prices are NOT inclusive of Tourism Tax (TTx) at the rate of RM10.00 nett per room per night in accordance with Section 6 Tourism Tax Act 2019 applicable from 1st September 2017. (Please note that these changes in tax structure will result in revised taxes being charged and will be payable as an additional upon check-in).
• The above pricing may vary subject to any government tax and other related costs, such as additional applications etc.
• All price quoted are inclusive of 8% SST (Sales & Service Tax).
• All package is subject to availability, we will confirm the booking within 3 working days.
• Travelers must obtain all entry or transit visa requirements.
• If guest is unable to attend the departure time of the transportation service provider, the guest will need to bear the responsibility to rearrange their own transport to follow the itinerary of the planned trip.
• All our products are non-refundable & non-exchangeable.
• Causeway Link Holidays reserve the right to cancel, change or refund all purchase made. Any decision made by Causeway Link Holidays in this regards is considered final and binding.
