CHECK IN / CHECK OUT

• Official check-in time is after 15:00 and Check out time is before 12:00. Surcharge might apply in case of late check-out.
• Early check-in and late check-out are based on request basis subject to availability and a surcharge of 50% of the room rate may be imposed.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS (LWOT THEME PARK):

• LWOT Entrance ticket includes entry to ALL parks, including all rides, activities and attractions. Not applicable for pay-per-ride activities.
• You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher for the redemption of this attraction park.
• This voucher is valid on the specified visiting date only.
• For Malaysians, please present your MyKad during the redemption of your admission wristband.
• For Foreigner (Non-Malaysian), please present a proof of identity during the redemption of your admission wristband.
• Admission to the park is valid for all age groups:
• Adult: 12 – 59 years old.
• Child: 3 – 11 years old / Senior: 60 years old & above.
• Free admission for child below 3 years old & 0-90cm tall (must meet both requirements).
• LWOT Opening Hours:
  
  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday : 11.00am – 6.00pm
    (Closed on Tuesdays for maintenance purposes, EXCEPT during school/public holidays).
  • Saturday, Sunday, School and Public Holidays : 10.00am – 6.00pm
• Lost World Hot Springs Night Park : 6.00pm – 11.00pm, Daily.
• Causeway Link Holidays Sdn Bhd follows the rules and regulations of Sunway Lost World Malaysia.

CANCELLATION / NO SHOW

• Cancellation/Amendment made more than 4 weeks before scheduled arrival date will be charged 50% based on the package rate.
• No amendment/No Refund allowed 4 weeks or less.
• No show is considered used and no rebooking nor refund allowed.

• All prices are NOT inclusive of Tourism Tax (TTx) at the rate of RM10.00 nett per room per night in accordance with Section 6 Tourism Tax Act 2019 applicable from 1st September 2017. (Please note that these changes in tax structure will result in revised taxes being charged and will be payable as an additional upon check-in).
• The above pricing may vary subject to any government tax and other related costs, such as additional applications etc.
• All price quoted are inclusive of 8% SST (Sales & Service Tax).
• All package is subject to availability, we will confirm the booking within 3 working days.
• Travelers must obtain all entry or transit visa requirements.
• If guest is unable to attend the departure time of the transportation service provider, the guest will need to bear the responsibility to rearrange their own transport to follow the itinerary of the planned trip.
• All our products are non-refundable & non-exchangeable.

• Located in Tambun Ipoh, Perak, Lost World Of Tambun is only 2 hours driving distance from Kuala Lumpur as well as Penang via the North South Highway.

By Train:

• From KL Sentral or any KTM station, take the Electric Train Service (ETS) to the Ipoh Railway Station. From there, the Themepark is 25 minutes away by car or taxi.
