• Official check-in time is 15:00 and Check out time is 12:00. Surcharge might apply in case of late check-out.
• Early check-in and late check-out are based on request basis subject to availability and a surcharge of 50% of the room rate may be imposed.

CANCELLATION / NO SHOW

• Cancellation/Amendment made more than 4 weeks before scheduled arrival date will be charged 50% based on the package rate.
• No amendment/No Refund allowed 4 weeks or less.
• No show is considered used and no rebooking nor refund allowed.

• All prices are NOT inclusive of Tourism Tax (TTx) at the rate of RM10.00 nett per room per night in accordance with Section 6 Tourism Tax Act 2019 applicable from 1st September 2017.
