CHECK IN / CHECK OUT

• Official check-in time is 15:00 and Check out time is 11:00. Surcharge might apply in case of late check-out.
• Early check-in and late check-out are based on request basis subject to availability and a surcharge of 50% of the room rate may be imposed.

• Each room must be at least with 2 adults paying full fare then only follow by child fare.
• Children sharing same room with Adults will be charge Child rate.

CANCELLATION / NO SHOW

• Booking must be fully pre-paid and is non-cancellable and non-refundable

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Travelers must obtain all entry or transit visa requirements.
• Sign up Day trip at Causeway Link Holidays website and WhatsApp are available.
• Causeway Link Holidays reserve the right to cancel, change or refund all purchase made. Any decision made by Causeway Link Holidays in this regards is considered final and binding.
• If guest is unable to attend the departure time of the Transportation service, the guests will need to bear the responsibility to rearrange on their own transport to follow the itinerary.
• Cutoff date for which trip: 7 Days before departure date.
• Tour fare is based on local currency Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) with minimum 2 Adults (G.V.2) sit-in-coach basis (SIC). Private tour can be arranged with an extra cost.
• Tours are conducted in English or Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin speaking guide can be arranged at extra cost and subject to availability.
• No reduction of tour fare for any un-used portion of the package and no replacement nor refund shall clients miss the services.
• Any tour falls on major holidays such as Chinese New year (1st and 2nd Day), Hari Raya X 2 days, Hari Gawai ( 1st and 2nd June ) and Christmas Day will be conducted on the next day. * Refer to No. 10*
• The sequence of tour may subject to change according to the local logistic arrangement due to certain unforeseen circumstances.
• Tour fare inclusive of entrance to all sight-seeing and meals as per stated in itinerary.
• Tour fare excludes Tourism Tax RM 10 per room per night, any other taxes imposed by the Malaysia government i.e., 6% SST and etc, tipping for tour guide and driver.
• All amendments and cancellations must be notified .Tour cancellation charges are 50% within 72 hours.
• Full payments must be made within 7 working days prior to the arrival.

Remark

Upon your arrival, please be on the lookout for our driver who will be holding a placard with your name. You can expect to find them after retrieving your luggage.
