CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
- Official check-in time is 15:00 and Check out time is 12:00. Surcharge might apply in case of late check-out.
- Early check-in and late check-out are based on request basis subject to availability and a surcharge of 50% of the room rate may be imposed.
CANCELLATION / NO SHOW
- Cancellation/Amendment made more than 4 weeks before scheduled arrival date will be charged 20% based on the package rate.
- No amendment/No Refund allowed 4 weeks or less.
- No show is considered used and no rebooking nor refund allowed.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- All rates are quoted NETT and open for General Public.
- All room & tour is subject to availability, we will confirm the booking within 3 working days.
- All our products are non-refundable & non-exchangeable.
- Causeway Link Holidays reserve the right to cancel, change or refund all purchase made. Any decision made by Causeway Link Holidays in this regards is considered final and binding
- Causeway Link Holidays will follow the House Rules of Local Agent and Hotel.
- Causeway Link Holidays reserves the right to adjust / revise the rates, should there be any changes in the statutory taxes imposed by the local authorities
