Update personal details

Note:
  • Cut off time for edit passenger details: 2 days before departure date
    (For example: If your departure date is 6th Jan, you’re not allowed to edit passenger details on 4th Jan and afterwards.)
  • This update is only for Name OR Passport Number
  • This update is only for typo error. Ticket is non-transferable.
  • The update can only be done ONCE.
  • For other details typo, such as: Nationality/Date of Birth/Passport Expiry/Gender. Please print the original Order Summary and notify to our ground staff to amend on the spot.

To update the typo error on your name or passport number, please follow the below steps.

    1. Login your account. Go to “Manage“.
    2. Click “My Booking History
    3. Retrieve your transaction history.
    4. Click “Update Details“.
      Cut off time for edit passenger details: 2 days before departure date. If you do not see “Update Details“, means cut off time is exceeded.
    5. Edit passenger details. Please ensure the details are correct. The updates on your travelling information can only be done ONCE.
    6. Click “Submit“.
    7. Passenger details has been updated successfully. Click “OK“.
    8. View new “Order Summary”.
    9. Remember to print out new Order Summary.
      You’re required to have a physical copy of your bus ticket to be shown during immigration clearance for both borders to avoid any unnecasary delays.
