Before you submit to us, please ensure you log in to your member page.

  1. Log in to VTL member page
  2. Select “My Booking History”
  3. Select your departure date range and click button “Search”
  4. Look for your order

If you could not find your order summary, please fill-up the below form for us to check your transaction.
