Relocation Of Shah Alam Terminal, Closure Of Causeway Link & Migration To Centralized Ticketing System (CTS)

Please be informed that the temporary Shah Alam Bus Terminal located in Section 13 will be closedand relocated to the original Shah Alam Bus Terminal in Section 17on 1 May 2019 (Wednesday).
At the same time, Land Public Transport Agency (APAD) has ordered all private ticketing counters at Shah Alam Bus Terminal to cease operation.

Centralized Ticketing System (CTS) will be fully operationalized at Shah Alam Bus Terminal as such Causeway Link system will be migrated and integrated with this CTS.

However, customers can still take Causeway Link express buses from Shah Alam Bus Terminal, Section 17. Bus ticket can be purchased via online from www.new.com.my or from the CTS counter and self-service machine available at this terminal. Thank you.
