• Official check-in time is 15:00 hours and Check out time is at 12:00 hours.
• Early Check-in & Late Check-out are on request basis subject to availability. Surcharge of 50% for the room rate may be imposed.

• MINIMUM 2 PERSON is required to confirm trip based on their departure date. Cancelled trip will give options to customer to refund the planned trip or choose to change to another departure date.
• All accommodation and trip rates are quoted NETT and open for Malaysian and the General Public
• All prices are NOT inclusive of Tourism Tax (TTx) at the rate of RM10.00nett per room per night in accordance with Section 6 Tourism Tax Act 2019 applicable from 1st September 2017. Please note that these changes in tax structure will result in revised taxes being charged and will be payable as an additional upon check-in.
• All price quoted are inclusive of 6% SST (Sales & Service Tax)

• If guest is unable to attend the departure time of the transportation service provider, the guest will need to bear the responsibility to rearrange their own transport to follow the itinerary of the planned trip.
