HUGO Marketing Team Conducted Survey and Info Drill
The team of HUGO Marketing Team led by Raja Alif Syahir conducted a simultaneous survey and info drills about HUGO Mobile App at two different entry points in Johor Bahru.
The first session was conducted on the 19th of April 2017 at Giant Nusa Bestari from 4pm to 6.30pm while the second session was conducted at KSL City Mall on the 28th of April 2017 from 4pm to 6:30pm.
According to Raja Alif, JB HUGO Marketing Lead, the said activity aimed to create a social awareness about the fundamentals of HUGO Mobile App as a helpful tool for daily commuters in travelling to and from Singapore and Johor Bahru.
The team also shared an info drills about the different features of the mobile app which is very convenient for the commuters using different mode of transportation options such as train, bus, taxi, bicycle and even through walking.
The said survey also aimed to collect feedback(s) from the commuters about their travelling needs as well as an opportunity for them to try this mobile app as their travelling companion.
Based on the conducted survey, most of the respondents were delighted with the feature of the mobile app as it can feature the estimated time of bus arrival for Causeway Link S1 Bus Service at KSL City Mall and CW6 Bus Service at Giant Nusa Bestari.
As for the experience, Raja Alif commented “the Marketing Team is eager to share the new developments of this mobile app as it will surely help them ease their travelling adventures especially for Causeway Link Cross-border commuters.”
