Submit your health declaration using the SG Arrival Card e-Service
As a precautionary measure to mitigate the risk of importation of COVID-19, all travellers, including Singaporeans arriving in Singapore must now submit their health declaration electronically via the SG Arrival Card (SGAC) e-Service from 27 March, 9 am.
With the new policy announcement on no entry or transit through Singapore for all short-term visitors from 23 March 2020, 11.59 pm, travellers who are able to use this facility are as follows:
• Singapore Citizens
• Permanent Residents
• Long-Term Pass holders (Student’s Pass, Dependant’s Pass, Work Pass and Long-Term Visit Pass Holders)
These travellers will be able to submit their health declaration up to three days before arrival in Singapore and can do so via the SGAC e-Service.
In line with the government’s decision regarding the limitation of public transport’s operation hours, we have temporarily updated the stage bus schedule for the trips from today until 31st March 2020.
In response to the Movement Control Order announced by the Malaysian Prime Minister, please take note that effective from 18th March until 31st March 2020, we will temporarily close some of our counters in Malaysia and Singapore.
While some of the counters will still operating but with a reduced operating hour.

Please be informed due to the Movement Control Order with effect from 18th March until 31st March 2020, our local and express buses will operate as per usual but we are expecting to reduce number of trips.
