At the same time, Land Public Transport Agency (APAD) has ordered all private ticketing counters at Shah Alam Bus Terminal to cease operation.
Centralized Ticketing System (CTS) will be fully operationalized at Shah Alam Bus Terminal as such Causeway Link system will be migrated and integrated with this CTS.
However, customers can still take Causeway Link express buses from Shah Alam Bus Terminal, Section 17. Bus ticket can be purchased via online from www.causewaylink.com.my or from the CTS counter and self-service machine available at this terminal. Thank you.
