Handal Indah Sdn Bhd Property Management Department through the supervision of Mr Goh Lak Jin, General Manager for Ancillary Business Division successfully launched the operation of parking system at T- Sentral on the 16th of December 2017.
According to the project structure, the parking hour is for 24 Hours. All payments will be done at the T-Sentral Information Counter.
The Parking Rate/Rules include:
• RM 1 for the first 2 hours
• Additional RM 1 for every subsequent hour or part of an hour
• 10 minutes grace period (RM 1 if exceeded the 10 minutes)
• RM 30 per day if the hourly ticket is lost.
The usage of ManjaLink card for payment of Car Park Charges will be available in the near future.
Season Card Sales
a. Tenant - RM 120 per card per month plus GST
b. Non - Tenants or any Tenant who exceeded quota of one card for one tenant - RM 180 per card per month plus GST
A deposit of RM50 is payable for both Categories for first time applicant. Each applicant has to fill up an application form and enclose a copy of Identity Card and a copy of Car Insurance Certificate to prove ownership of the car for the Season application. Each successful applicant will be given a receipt for payment and a disc to be displayed at the windscreen of the car at all time.
A Season Parker can change car to park in the Car Parking Spaces as and when necessary but must complete a request form obtainable at the Information Counter. Any Lost Card can only be replaced by paying an extra charge of RM50 per Lost Card.
